Important message from Managing Director |
Press Release 29 May 2008
Track and Talk would like to advise its customers that a restructuring of the business has been completed -- Marios Ioannides has completed a buyout of his business partner and is now 100% owner of Track and Talk.
In the past there were issues with management style and technical operations, which led to issues with customer satisfaction and occasional operational faults disrupting service.
We are sorry for the level of service and support which was provided to our customers by the prior team -- this was a key factor in the overall revamping of the company structure and the changes to the operational methods of the company.
Our focus is upon meeting the requirements of our customers and ensuring that the quality of service and stability of the system are held to the highest possible standards.
New management is now in place, and prior methods of running the business have been streamlined and re-engineered to allow for smoother administrative control of the business and to prevent the historic difficulties which had arisen from time to time.
A new customer service person has been added to the team, to serve as a field representative for the company, and to be able to more proactively respond to customer needs and issues as they arise, in a more timely manner than in the past.
A new technical expert has joined the team, having over 20 years experience in dealing with large database and reporting systems. He will be assisting to rebuild and relocate the underlying systems to Cyprus to prevent outages which have historically occurred due to connectivity issues between Cyprus and Europe, and working to upgrade and transform the reporting system to permit rapid receipt of information and avoid the sub-optimal and delayed reporting of the past.
We are striving towards providing our customers with faster response time, better quality of service, and greater functionality than has been on offer in the past. We are currently in research and development phase towards providing greater reporting capabilities and functionality. As an example, we plan to provide geofencing services – permitting automatic and immediate notification should vehicles move from within a given distance tolerance – providing peace of mind either during the night or when away that vehicles have not been stolen or been misused.
We welcome and enjoy hearing our customers opinions and comments upon our activities, and invite anyone who wishes to discuss with us our future plans or possible ideas/requests for new functionality to contact us at their convenience.
Thank you for your support Marios Ioannides
